Aortic Stenosis QC Study

Dear Participant,

Thank you for your assistance in participating in this educational activity. Significant variations in assessment of various cardiac pathologies, including aortic stenosis (AS) is well recognised in clinical practice. We are conducting an educational and research study to improve our understanding of aortic stenosis grading and the effects of targeted education materials on improving consistency in aortic stenosis severity grading. We believe you are in the best position to give us valuable first-hand information. We appreciate your time in completing a series of standardised questions based on selected live cases on aortic stenosis.

Summary of your participation:

  1. Complete a set of 12 questions about variety of AS subtypes which takes up to 30 minutes to finish. (you can take shorter or longer as you wish)
  2. You will then be provided with answers upon completion and all incorrect answers will come with a targeted education material for that question prepared by experts in that field.
  3. Another set of 12 questions will then be sent to you within 1-2 business days as a follow up assessment.

NOTE: The assessment of usefulness of the education material is dependent on the participant(s) going through the education material at your own pace.
